Orders
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address. If it’s entered incorrectly and not corrected before shipment, we cannot guarantee delivery. Contact us immediately using the contact page found in the website menu to update an address. Provide your order number, email address and the new shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist however possible.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we cover return shipping.
If returning for personal reasons (no longer interested, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
